2. Change-of-Mind Returns (Non-Faulty Items)
Eligibility window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The item must then be returned within 14 days of your notification
Returns requested or sent outside these timeframes may be refused.
Condition of items
Returned items must be:

Free from damage, marks, or signs of extended wear

Returned with all original components and packaging
Items showing clear signs of prolonged use are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.
Return shipping (change of mind)
For change-of-mind returns:

You are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us
Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
