Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be confident when ordering from Posturely. This policy explains when returns are available, how they work, and what conditions apply.

This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


2. Change-of-Mind Returns (Non-Faulty Items)

Eligibility window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must then be returned within 14 days of your notification

Returns requested or sent outside these timeframes may be refused.


Condition of items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused beyond reasonable inspection

  • Unwashed and free from odour

  • Free from damage, marks, or signs of extended wear

  • Returned with all original components and packaging

Items showing clear signs of prolonged use are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.


Return shipping (change of mind)

For change-of-mind returns:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us

Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

In these cases:

  • We will cover reasonable return shipping costs

  • You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue

  • Original delivery costs will be refunded where required by law

Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.


5. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

6. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

  • Change-of-mind return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility

  • Delivery times may vary by destination


7. Statutory Rights (UK Customers)

If you are a UK consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.


8. Abuse & Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused, including excessive or repeated returns.
