Posturely Terms of Service
1. Our Service Posturely provides an ecosystem of ergonomic solutions designed for posture correction and cervical support. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms, which are governed by UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Cancellations & "Changed Your Mind" Returns

30-Day Window: You have a generous 30 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of a return.

Notification: To cancel, you must send a clear email to posturelyuk@outlook.com.

Return Period: Items must be sent back to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your intent to cancel.

Condition: Items must be returned in a resalable condition. You may test a neck pillow or posture corrector as you would in a shop, but items used excessively or damaged may result in a deduction from your refund to cover loss in value.

Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend a tracked and insured service.
3. Faulty Items ("Something Not Right?")

Within 30 Days: If a fault appears within 30 days of purchase, you have the right to reject the item for a full refund.

Up to 6 Months: For faults developing after 30 days but within six months, we will first offer a repair or replacement. If this does not fix the issue, you are entitled to a full refund.
4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned items (or proof of postage), we will process your full refund promptly, and no later than 14 days.

Your refund will include the full price of the product(s) and the original delivery costs you paid to receive the item.
5. Medical Disclaimer Our products, including the Smart Trainer and Cervical Stretcher, are tools for posture support and muscle memory training. They are not medical devices and should not replace professional medical consultation for chronic spinal conditions.
